European Vaccine Initiative (EVI) publishes calls for Letters of Interest or project Proposals on its website once a year. Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to read the details of this section before applying.
EVI funds research into vaccines for diseases of poverty. EVI funds studies and clinical trials which:
- Target diseases of poverty in low income populations
- Are phase I and phase II clinical trials of novel vaccine candidates
- Include - but are not limited to - capacity strengthening for vaccine Research and Development in low income countries
EVI does not fund:
- Phase III clinical trials
