The World Health Summit is the annual conference of the M8 Alliance of Academic Health Centres and Medical Universities, organised by Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin in collaboration with the National Academies of Sciences of more the 67 countries and their Interacademy Medical Panel (IAMP).
The World Health Summit’s mission is to bring together researchers, physicians, leading government officials and representatives from industry as well as from non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and health care systems worldwide to address the most pressing issues facing medicine and health care systems over the next decade and beyond.
The summit will be attended by Stefan Jungbluth.
On the 22nd October during the session on “Do We Need a Global Convention for Research & Development?”, Odile Leroy will give a talk on “Possible Implications of a Convention for R&D in the European Context”.
