Pooja holds a Master in Business Administration, Marketing, and Finance and a Diploma in Human Resources Management, both completed in India. She has worked in India for various companies as an Office Administrator, HR-Assistant, and HR Associate.
In 2018 she moved to Germany, where she later completed advanced training as a human resources representative with SAP software. She gained her first practical professional experience in Germany as a personnel officer at MLP Finanzberatung SE. In December 2022, she completed additional training as an SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
