The EVI Board of Stakeholders consists of EVI donors and stakeholders from vaccine development and low income populations.
The purpose of the Board of Stakeholders as stated in the statutes is:
- To make recommendations to the EVI Board on matters of strategy or new initiatives
- To make recommendations to the EVI Board on governance or management of funds
- To approve the annual report
- To make recommendations to the EVI Board on measures to prevent irregularity, fraud or corruption.
The Board of Stakeholders is governed by Rules of Procedure.
Membership and meetings
The Board of Stakeholders meets at least once a year. The quorum for decisions is two-thirds of voting members.
