Julia joined EVI in March 2025 as a General Counsel and is responsible for ensuring legal compliance at EVI.

Julia is a graduated lawyer with more than 11 years of experience, both in legal consulting and in-house, including more than 7 years in life science sector. She completed with merit Master of Laws (LL.M) degree at the University of London, specializing in Medical Law and Ethics, Intellectual Property and Medicine, and Advanced Contract Law. Prior to this appointment, Julia has been working in Novartis for more than 4 years, most recently on the position of Head of Legal Emerging markets, being responsible for 11 countries. She brings vast experience in counselling leadership teams on complex and sensitive legal topics and ethical decision making. Prior to Novartis, Julia worked in legal consulting and for various international and pharma companies including FrieslandCampina and Takeda Pharmaceuticals.

Julia is happy to continue at EVI her life fulfilling mission of helping people by leveraging her expertise to improve access to life-saving vaccines and supporting global health.
