From 2016 to 2019 Marielle studied media, event and sports management at the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida. She successfully completed her Master's degree in Human Resources in March 2023, after completing an internship in the USA in the HR area in 2019. In addition, Marielle worked part-time at Pfitzenmeier, TÜV and Constaff GmbH in the same field. She joined EVI in May 2023, by following her dream of working for a company that does something meaningful for the general population.
