Nicoletta Corti

Project Manager Consultant

Nicoletta has a background in Biological Sciences and specialised in Metabolism related disorders, achieving her Master’s degree in 2014 at University of Lausanne (UNIL). Her journey as a scientist soon transitioned into a project management career upon successfully entering Novartis Vaccines (now Novartis International AG) in 2014 as Trainee, to support the Travel and Paediatrics global team, where she gained knowledge in vaccines development and product life-cycle management. She subsequently moved to Glaxosmithkline Vaccines (now GSK) Manufacturing division, as a Technology Transfer Manager in 2015, successfully bringing a divestment project to completion, while further refining her project management skills and knowledge. As a strong believer in - and great supporter of scientists, she progressed into a Grants Manager role in 2017 to manage public-private funding for 30+ concurrent projects, and leading global multidisciplinary teams. In 2022 Nicoletta sought to improve work-life balance and established herself as a Project Management Consultant, offering her project management services to startups, SMEs, biotech and pharmaceutical companies to continue making an impact in health innovation. She gladly joined EVI in March 2022, as Project Manager Consultant to lead EU funded projects.
